The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, lease, application, or service. Our consent boxes are never pre-checked, and you can submit any form on this site, contact us, tour the community, and buy or lease a home without ever agreeing to receive text messages.
We operate two separate messaging programs, and you choose each one independently:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details of your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. If you change your mind, sign up again the same way you did originally.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Homes, floor plans, specifications, features, homesite availability, lot rent, pricing, and financing terms shown on this site are provided for general information only. They are subject to change without notice and do not constitute an offer, a reservation, or a binding agreement.
Renderings, photographs, and the interactive community map are representative and may show optional features, staging, or landscaping that are not included in a standard home. Square footage and dimensions are approximate. Homesite status on the community map is updated regularly but may not reflect real-time availability.
Submitting a reservation request through this site expresses your intent to reserve a homesite. It is not a binding purchase agreement and does not reserve or hold a homesite until a member of our team confirms availability with you in writing and any applicable agreement is signed.
Financing calculator results are estimates for illustration only. They are not a loan offer, a pre-qualification, or a commitment to lend, and actual terms depend on lender approval, credit, and other factors.
