Penn Estates, operated by PENN HEIGHTS MHP LLC, offers an SMS text messaging program for prospective and current residents who choose to receive text messages from us. Participation is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing, leasing, or receiving any product or service from us.
Mobile Information and Third Parties
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data to anyone, and we do not share it with lead generators or data brokers under any circumstances.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first, by giving your consent verbally to a member of our team, or by completing a printed form at our community office. Consent boxes on this website are never pre-checked and are never required in order to submit a form or to contact us.
Types of Messages You May Receive
Depending on the consent you give, messages may include the following:
Customer care and conversational messages: replies to your questions, tour scheduling and confirmations, tour reminders, homesite reservation updates, application and financing status updates, and appointment follow-ups.

How to Opt Out of Text Messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you. You may also opt out by emailing optout@patriotholdings.com or calling (702) 550-3808.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or phone contact. To opt out of all marketing communications, use the contact details under “How to Opt-Out” above.
